Explanation for massive black holes existing about 400 million years after the “Big Bang” already as discovered by the Webb-telescope?

Well since the Big Bang was in reality a continuing process,so a Big Exodus (as introduced in the book Time Hybrids by F. VanOystaeyen), of existing things evolving out of processes on small ( smaller than existence intervals) time intervals in the void — and since this process happened in a considerably smaller universe than now — the matter spreading out into the void was more concentrated and several local “centers” of high density formed quickly giving rise to some massive black holes quickly.
